What shipping
options are available?
Our full size hoods are
shipped in large crates via ground freight lines. Our
Vegas model is shipped in a well packed cardboard box
via UPS Ground. We also offer store pickup to save
shipping charges.
How are
shipping charges calculated?
We have a flat
rates: $95 on our Vegas model, $195 charge on hoods
48" and under, and $350 on larger hoods.
How is sales tax charged?
9% on
all orders delivered within California (or picked up
from our workshop).
Can orders
be shipped to a P.O. box?
No. These are large
items and will not be carried by the USPS. It is best to
deliver right to where these items will be
installed.
How are items packed
for shipping?
We use wooden crates for our full
size range hoods and doubled walled cardboard boxes for
sinks and our Vegas range hood model. All shipments are
insured.
Will Copperworks sell or
rent my email address to other companies?
No. We
are a small business trying to grow by creating well
made products delivered on time at a good price. We do
not focus our efforts on marketing other products to you
or profiting from your business with
us.
